So are we all pretty much done for this application season? Is anyone still waiting to hear back from PhD programs?

Kind of! I posted on the results page, I received an email from my POI and I think I'm on their "unofficial" waitlist. She said UNC doesn't do an official waitlist but their first offers have gone out. If anyone random is out there reading and wants to know more I'm happy to discuss over PM. Or if you got an offer and you already know you're not going, please let them know! If the person who posted about UVA is around, did you receive an email from a professor or just a generic one to check their website? I will say that I read some great things on here about the application process, but since then this website is just making me crazy and yet, I apparently lack the self-discipline to stop checking. I'm thinking tomorrow might have a lot of news coming in, hopefully more good than bad.

Well, it seems like things are starting to trickle in. Congrats to all the recent Wisconsin admits! If the results history is anything to go by, next week should be an interesting one.

17th century British art with Tatiana String. How about you? There's such a small group of British art scholars in the US, not sure if that will work for me or against me. Congrats!!! I know it's still so early but I can't stop checking my email or the results board. It's making me crazy too. I just hope I get in somewhere but I'm trying to be realistic; cautiously optimistic is what I'm trying to achieve. I already have my masters and I've been working in the arts for seven years so I feel totally out of the academia loop.

I applied for the PhD at UNC but haven't heard anything yet. Did you apply for Masters or PhD? Congrats on the acceptance!!
