In my application status, the transanction status is 'In progress' about two weeks. Another recommendation letter's transaction status is 'submitted' . And this recommender said he sent it this morning. Would it be better to call graduation committee? -
I submitted application for 2015 fall semester, ECE-Ms program And one of my recommenders said he sent recommendation email However, on my application status, the transaction status of his recommendation is still 'in progress' I don't know what to do in this status. Is it mean that recommendation is accepted?
