Congrats to everyone who got offers! Is it true, as someone said in the results search, that all of Yale's PhD offers have been sent?

I applied to Yale as well, in Middle East history. We'll see what happens. With the book review there are so many variables in the application. Is Yale's the only history department that does interviews?
