  1. Thank you for taking time to reply to my post! I really appreciate your willingness to share your experience. Best of luck to your wife with her PhD and thank you again
  2. I really appreciate the insight more than you know! It's just nice to hear other stories and start picturing what next year is going to be like. Best of luck with your phd and thank you again.
  3. I was so insanely relieved to see this thread. My situation: Finishing my undergraduate degree and applied to several MA programs. My SO and I have been together for a little under 12 months. He would not be furthering his degree and would be moving with me and then trying to find a job. Has anyone had to make this decision? I am just looking at how graduate studies can put a lot of stress on the relationship and what the pressure of moving FOR or WITH someone can do. I hope I was clear enough! If anyone has any experience with this or is in a similar situation I would really appreciate any insight. xxx
  4. You rule, thank you so much for the offer. If Utah becomes an option for me I will DEFINITELY be asking you some questions. Best of luck!
  5. I did look at Boulder but I did not apply! They definitely have some great professors there. Which other schools did you apply to?
  6. Hello fellow communicators, bull-shitters, rhetoric geniuses, I'm probably in the boat with the rest of y'all and anxiously awaiting replies from MA programs. My stats are as follows: Undergrad Comm GPA: 3.8 GRE: Great verbal, low quantitative, high analytic. Interests: Environmental Communications, particularly sustainable food-systems. I applied to: Washington State, University of Maine, University of Montana, James Madison University, University of New Mexico and University of Utah. I am wondering if anyone else applied to any of the above schools or any environmental communications programs? Best of luck to the rest of you! xxx
