  1. I was 39 when I started my MA.
  2. Has anyone heard anything yet?
  3. Multiple questions here...Has anyone been admitted to the Experimental program at UNC-Greensboro (specifically Cognitive, but will take news from any track) yet? Has anyone heard anything from UNCG, such as rejection or waitlist? Last month, I was told my application was still under consideration, but haven't heard back. I don't won't to pester them, so I'm asking here. I'm thinking I'm either on a waitlist if someone declines or I have been rejected and they haven't updated it yet. Thanks for any updates from your situation if you have applied to the Experimental program at UNCG. Thanks, cd
  4. My quant score was 151 without prep. I am sure it will go up after prep-work. My last math class was in 199, so I am sure there is going to be a lot of prep needed.
  5. I have a combined 313 (sub-50th percentile quant) GRE score. I am currently in a MA program in which I have excelled in my stats courses, was a TA for undergrad stats, and currently teach an SPSS lab. I have two poster presentations (1 national, 1 regional) and thought my performance in a graduate program along with strong LORs would offset my low quant score. However, a POI said that my quant score keeps me from being a top candidate. Another POI simply said said I wasn't on the short list. I have not received any official rejections, but I haven't been invited for campus interviews either. My hope now is that I get a phone call on April 16th.
