Ha, of course it's impossible. But you can't expect logic to prevail over desperate hope, right?

For a minute I thought one of the Berkeley admits scored a 99 in verbal. And I thought, dear god, there really IS hope for all of us. And then I realized that that surely was 99th percentile. And now I just sort of feel like an idiot for letting my hopes soar quite that high. Congrats to the Berkeley admits!

If the UNC-Chapel Hill person who just got into Duke is lurking on here: have fun getting mercilessly teased! I can't think of many more heated rivalries than Duke/UNC! (And also congrats to you and all the other Duke acceptances!)

Hi all! I was wondering if there were any UW-Madison Comp/Rhet lurkers on here. I've been accepted to the program and would love to talk with anyone else who might have been. And to those who were accepted into the Lit Studies program, I hope to see you at the welcome thingee in March!

I have come out of lurking to ask a question about the gdoc! I was going to put in my info, but I was wondering if we want to split comp/rhet and literature into two separate sheets. I only wonder that after looking at the SOPs that are already listed -- I feel like comp/rhet and lit take really different tactics when writing those! Anyway, good luck in the admission season!
