I agree!! Here's the email I got back after asking about my application status. Very polite:; "Thanks for your query. We are still in the process of selecting our in-coming grad class. This process can take some time. We should have final decisions about all applicants by mid to late-March. I will be back in touch as soon as I know anything more."

Any word on Pittsburgh?? I emailed, but haven't heard anything back. Heard back from both UVA and Penn State that decisions would all be finalized by the end of the month/beginning of March. I freaked out and wrote a program to data scrape the results page and email me if any of my schools pop up :/ not sure I've ever been so anxious for a Monday.

I'm in the same boat. Haven't heard either way and got the same email from the DGS. :/
