Hi there. I might be going to UBC and have been reading about Vancouver. What do you think about the Burnaby-UBC commute? Is it too bad to live in Burnaby? I heard there are some companies there and a lot going on. Any comments about "Living in Burnaby vs Downtown" ? Are rent values really different? Worth it? Best,

I think they take a little longer for the Applied Computing applicants.The MSc has an earlier deadline after all. Has anyone heard anything lately? The suspense is killing me. I need to make a decision on other offers.

Just an update from an e-mail 5min ago: "We have made a number of offers; however, the faculty are still notifying us of students they would like to make offers to so as yet no refusals have been made." There is hope.
