I just got off the phone with Tom Wall (Harvard grad admin) and he said results will be released no later than March 5th and possibly this week...

Does anyone know when we can expect Harvard decisions? YSP already said no, but one can still hope...

I just got a call from a professor at MIT saying I was admitted. So excited - more, below-freezing MA weather is (possibly) in my future! They told me they are calling all admits over the next couple of days and mailing admission packages on Tuesday (so depends on snail mail how soon you'll get it).

Same. I think I might die of a heart attack. Andrew Gelman and Macartan Humphreys are my all time favorite political scientists and I would kill to work with them.

Hi, everyone - I'm new to this thread! Is it customary for people that already got into one of their top programs to pull their applications from other places, especially since most results will come out in the next two weeks?
