i'm kind of confused about what they said on their facebook page. All awardees will be notified by the 15th and all other will be notified as soon as the information becomes available. If they have information on all of the awardees then how do they not have the information on everyone else? Couldn't they just tell people they are waitlisted(if there even is a waitlist) and that if they are moved up they will be notified in the future? This waiting game still continues and it is really starting to piss me off. What are your thoughts on this?

agreed. I can't concentrate on anything due to this waiting game. I have an exam on tuesday and have yet to begin preparing. It would be nice to get a notification no matter what the outcome is so i can finally concentrate on whats important.

Anyone who applied for chemsitry or materials science(i don't remember which one i applied for) get an email yet?

Any chemistry or materials science people hear back from the NDSEG, or are able to log into the ndseg.asee.org/award website?

It looks the same as when i logged into the https://ndseg.asee.org/award page. Now the https://ndseg.asee.org/award award page says the 2012 season awards are not open yet.

I am logged into the page. It just says my name, Award Overview and Update Contact Info on the left hand side. The rest of the screen is blank.

I was able to log into ndseg.asee.org/award yesterday and earlier this morning. However, I haven't been able to login since 11am today. I have no idea what this means

My application showed complete a week ago....maybe penn hasn't updated it yet, or they haven't received it??? You should call them if you want to find out what is happening faster. Just out of curiosity did any of you people have to pay for Penn States application??? I didn't i thought that was wierd. I emailed them asking if my application went through and they emailed back telling me when my application was going to be reviewed.

Don't expect to hear from UCLA for the Inorganic Department for a while. I know the professor that reviews that applications and he takes forever. He didn't start looking at the apps until recently.....Some grad students I know said they heard from UCLA in as late as march or early april....
