Hi, I have two RA full funded offers, one Ms in canada and one PhD in us. I prefer the Ms in canada. but the point is the visa process for students of my country is always risky , Can I accept both offers and try for student visa in both Canada and US . and see which one gives me the visa? Isn't this Amoral?

What does it mean when a POI states in the interview that he/she wants you to make your decision as soon as you receive the offer? you be informed about any offer soon, but you should make your decision right away.

How often professors want you make your decision at the end of the interview? I saw this in results page that someone declined the offer because they wanted him to decide during interview!!!!! how to reply to this request somehow that they give you more time? I think it's when they have felt that they're your backup plan, and dont want to waste their time on you. this happened to one of my friends too. he said: I haven't received any news from other universities I've applied If you give me some more time. I can make better decision.

I also had a conversation with one of my friends who had a course with him and he said this professor is very supportive and spend so much time for you!

I did the interview last night. he was totally kind and nice! so nice that I think he must be drunk when he sent that mail I explained the project with passion , at last he said his going to send me some papers and I must write a summery till 17th, and then we will have another skype call .

It's almost my last chance to get admission this year and I'll work with him if get admitted

Hi, I was corresponding with a professor and last night he e-mailed me and aksed if I'm ok for an interview slot tonight , I answered the mail. but i accidentally droped his Dr. title and wrote dear first_name last_name . in prevous mails I was always using the Dr. title. he answered my mail : i never gave you the premission to drop my title. I answred with the "I'm sorry" mail. he's going to interview me tonight, and i'm reaily stressed. shoud I wear very formal? for example suits? should I apalogize one more time in the interview? Is that going to affect his decision?

Hi, A professor mailed me on Thursday afternoon about his project and asked if I'm interested we can schedule an Skype interview. But I didn't noticed his mail and answered it Monday early morning. It's Tuesday now and he hasn't answered. Is it possible that because I answered late, he has changed his mind??? -- And should I resend my answer? or call him if he didn't answer after couple of days ?
