I have no information! They didn't have much information on their website either! I applied here because the stats seemed ok and because my sister lives around this area! Hope to hear something soon!
OMG yes! It took way long! I mean it does say to esubmit 4-6 weeks earlier, but oh well. I hated the CSDCAS!!! It was just too much work. Even though it is convenient if you have multiple schools on there.
At first it can be extremely overwhelming! The way I researched schools was based on bilingual programs. I want to be a bilingual SLP so I applied to bilingual programs I felt I had a chance at! I spent countless hours on ASHA's ED find website looking at stats and looking at the range of GPAs and GREs to see if I fell in that range. I also looked at how many people they accepted and how many people applied. If you have any specific interests look for schools that will offer you a greater depth of your interests Hope that helps!
I actually live about 10 minutes from UTEP. I don't attend here, however I had also applied to UTEP, however since it was on the CSDCAS application I don't think I made it on time Since it had to be verified by Feb. 1 and I e-submitted Jan 15, which ended up being verified until Feb 13!! So good luck to you hope you make it
I'm also trying to workout and try to find new hobbies! I picked up playing tennis and I'm looking for fun things to do. For example, me and my boyfriend want to go snowboarding this weekend! Never been so that should be fun and should distract my crazy mind from gradschool!
Yes! I also re read my statements and ponder on what my professors said about me? Ahh I'm glad we at least know what we are going through because I know my family and boyfriend are sick and tired of me talking about the same old thing! But this is a huge deal and I'm glad we all can relate! I think I'm going to try and distract myself, but I just can't help but THINK ABOUT IT!!!
I guess I'm going to have to keep calling them! The person I spoke with sounded confused he said "You have to complete your bachelors or complete 90 hours" So I was like well I have definitely completed 90 hours. So I guess I will be calling them back. Either way, this is my back up school so first I'm going to hear back from other programs I applied to!
Hi everyone,
So I applied to NOVA, I am about to graduate this 2015 Spring semester. I got in contact with them and they told me I need to send transcripts once I have completed my degree. They said they can't give me an interview until I complete my degree. My question is...has anyone gotten an interview/accepted before completing their degree? I am confused about this. Thanks!
