I agree with Andrews. Keep it brief and straight forward. Mention you're already involved in one and you'd like to carry it out to the end. -
Posting the link on your facebook and requesting your friends participate and repost might work. If you don't mind printing out a few dozen copies you can also ask your coworks and classmates to take a few minutes to fill it out.
