On another note, I was told by the department registrar that all decision notifications should be made by the end of the week. She also previously told me that all acceptances would be communicated via telephone.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Also, every other school I've heard from refuses to release names of admitted students in one's cohort until the students accept the offer. My other programs are in Psychology (with a cultural research focus) though so it may be different.

I'm super confused by what is going on there too. I'm also surprised only one person has posted their admittance if all admits have been notified.
