Well, game's over. Final tally: UNC-CH - accepted. U of Chicago - rejected. U of Pittsburgh - accepted. MIT - rejected. UPenn - rejected. That's right, I'll probably be down there the same time, if not a little later. I'm driving, leaving that day.

You going to UNC-CH this weekend for visitation?

Just got a letter from MIT. Denied! Though, just got back from visiting Pitt and was pretty pleased with their department. Anyone else applying to Pitt?

I haven't heard anything either, and I'm not sure what it means. Hopefully we'll hear something soon!

I'm waiting on Penn and MIT as well. The DC area has been pounded with snow all week, so no mail From what I hear Philadelphia has been too, so that may have slowed some things down with the admissions committee getting together (but hopefully not, for my sanity's sake).
