anybody know anything new on the Master's front? Did anybody get any new replies from SSHRC? I contacted my grad studies again and there's nothing as of today. I'm thinking of emailing SSHRC, but probably nobody would reply on the Friday afternoon. Cheers.

I asked my department today (Master's) and they said they haven't heard anything yet and that although they are told to wait for students to get their letters, he will let me know when he hears anything. I'm in Ottawa. My personal assumption is that they started work on the Master's letters after they finished with the PhD's, but since there are many more Master's applications, it won't just take until this Friday but they will be finish them sometime mid next week. We should start a petition asking them to set a strict deadline. Even if it is May 30th of every year, at least they would not be causing us (and themselves by having to answer our emails) such headaches. Anybody up to writing something up?

OGS results are up, came out this morning on the website. I got it, which is a relief in regards to waiting for SSHRC. How's everybody feeling?

i just got an email this afternoon from sshrc; didn't hear from my school yet - do you guys know if you were recommended as A-list candidates or as alternates? does that matter? thanks and good luck!
