I heard Columbia has a housing website for people to post? I think having someone who also goes to Columbia would be a good idea, at least we all share something in common at some level.

There is not doubt that Columbia is not the top gun, too dumb to go to Stanford so i guess i need to pick one between U Penn and Columbia.

Got an offer from electrical engineering but still thinking, just wondering how do you guys find or plan to find roomates? I thought about renting a 1 bedroom but i will be new in the city and probably going to feel lonely living alone. On the other hand if roomate doesn't get along and it happens it will suck so much

I got offers from Columbia and U Penn for M.S Electrical Engineering. Does anyone familiar with either program? I go to Ohio State for undergrad but not really familiar with programs from these two schools. I am wondering how is the VLSI lab from Columbia. Thanks for any input:)

Same struggle! I am electrical engineering. Industry in Cali is great and i believe eventually i will be working in California, but Columbia has a really good name
