I had emailed the program coordinator a few months ago - it's a $31K stipend + covered tuition, fees, and healthcare + other funding sources. They were pretty open with details, I think you could email them for more information if you'd like.

I'd email them directly if I were you - the same thing happened to me last year, I was checking back constantly but nothing was there. It turned out that it was already up but the link somehow went to the old page. They sent it to me directly. Good luck!
