I applied for the curatorial program and haven't heard anything yet. However, I'm probably not a great source of information as I am expecting a rejection this year

Hi guys, I received a rejection yesterday and I was very surprised that I wasn't even called for an interview. Anyway ... I was just wondering if most of you who were called for an interview have a lot of professional experience or are more academic-focused? I'm trying to understand the whole process a bit more. Also, i'm really curious what kind of questions they asked you at the interview, would be interesting to know their focus.
