At the new student orientation today they confirmed that not everyone has been admitted to the program yet. They're still sifting through applications.

Yes, 3-year is my first choice. I currently work in the field and the 3-year program will allow me to keep working throughout. At least in the beginning. Yay for having your application go through to the reviewal process! Good luck!! Hope you get your answer soon.

Hi fellow MSW applicants, I heard from CSULB and was accepted to the MSW 3-year program!! I've included my timeline below in case anyone is wondering. Hope it helps! Feb 16 – I submitted my application to department via walk-in Mar 17 – Received an e-mail from the School of Social Work confirming they received my application Apr 10 – Received an MSW 3-year program Admission Offer via e-mail I was given 10 days to make a decision. CSULB MSW is the only program I applied to, so I eagerly accepted the offer of admission the same day. I attend New Student Orientation on May 9, and register for classes on May 11. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted and good luck to those waiting to hear!
