Hi all! I completed an ETA in 2011-2012 and am now interested in applying for a Fulbright-Fogarty in the same country for 2016-2017 (defs qualifies as "unusual language" country, in case that's relevant). I'm having some trouble getting hold of the regional advisor; does anyone know if I am eligible to apply for the FF after an ETA in the same country?
