  1. http://gradschool.brown.edu/go/tuition "Tuition Requirements for the Master's Degree -- Master's degree students must pay tuition for a minimum of one year of full-time study. Some programs require more than the minimum of one year of full-time study." That was the case for years, so I suggest you to double check with the The Office of Financial Aid.
  2. I want to correct one thing: As far as I remember, at Brown, if you are an international student, you can't be a part time student in your first year. Are you sure that is the case?
  3. I don't remember the details, but you can find them on Brown's web site. If you finish in 1.5 years, total amount should be around $ 57.000.
  4. As far as I remember tuition is $38.000 for 1 year. But you can definitely be done with your masters in 1.5 years.
  5. The recruitment weekend was only for NLP people, you can read this topic: I think they will announce the results this week or next week.
  6. Well, I got the same batch e-mail, and I already know that I am rejected (from an insider). So if you have not been contacted before, it is most likely a reject email..
  7. I just checked my spam folder and I don't have anything. I am an international student but I live in LA so that is not a good sign. By the way, when exactly did you get the invitation email?
  8. Thanks for the information. But since I am also specialized in natural language processing I am a little bit worried now
  9. Has anybody heard anything from JHU yet? Or is it too early? Thanks,
