I am looking to apply to some one year MS programs in the above mentioned fields this year (For Sep 2016 intake). Need your recommendations to finalize the target schools.
My profile:
Female, Production Engineer from a regional school in India (GPA ~3.6/4)
Excellent School Record GPA 4.00
Recently qualified ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
GRE 310 (167Q) Retaking in Aug- aim around 325
Toefl 110
5 years work experience in Production/ Manufacturing Excellence profile at one of India's major industrial groups.
Recommendations: One from my manager, one from a professor, rest undecided.
I am looking to join a one year Masters in Systems Engineering (or a combination of IE/ OR/ Manufacturing with a specialization in Operations/ Systems- still undecided)
I am looking at UC Berkeley IEOR, MIT One year MEng Manuf and Georgia Tech. Are there other schools which have similar courses (in the one year format). Not looking to compromise on quality, but scholarships shall help greatly.
