for all the MICA people, this went out today from the director of Mt. Royal: Dear all, I've just been told we are going to try to accept 15 students and not 17 this year in order to try to make a more balanced set of numbers between the 1st and 2nd years. I am very happy about this--and if this works, we can use two of the studios again as our installation spaces and avoid the problems downstairs. So wish us luck. Offers will go out soon. also wondering about hunter, any word?...and i got in to the same program at sva too!

did anyone apply to sva's program? i applied for video in the photo/video program...no word yet

anyone heard from: sva (photo video, video concentration) columbia (new genres) hunter (combined media) most people seem to be drawing/painting so thought id ask...

clarification : for mt. royal...i know nothing about the other programs

actually...i was there last semester and dropped out but im still getting all the departmental emails...either way you'll know soon but the snow definitely did shut the school down (at least mica) for a good week

MICA is doing interviews this coming week, I think you'd have heard from them by now. they are doing things a little earlier than last year.
