I am confused about selecting universities to apply. I would greatly appreciate valuable advice. My profile: BSc in civil engineering. Cgpa 3.88. on a scale of 4.00. currently pursuing msc in environmental engineering. Cgpa 3.42. Have 3 years teaching experience. 1 publication. Please help me select some universities. GRE 313 and ielts 7.00 I am from Bangladesh. And graduated from one of the top universities of Bangladesh.
