My GPA is 7.3 which in a 4 scale comes around 2.88.Most of the universities ask for a GPA of min 3/4.Can i still apply to these colleges and what are my chances of getting in ?. Profile: GRE score of 302.No papers published but have presented papers in symposiums and in conferences.Have done a mini-project.
