I got accepted to the IED MA program as well. I called the financial aid office today regarding funding and they said that we would hear this week. Also, I dont recommend Korbel. I just finished undergrad as an international studies major at Korbel, and have a boyfriend in the grad program now who does not really like it. I would go with TC or Harvard.

So who all is going to teachers college?? Anyone in the International Education Development program? Anyone heard about scholarships or housing? Looking forward to meeting everyone in the fall!

They said scholarship information would be available by April 15, but probably by the beginning of April.

I didn't apply to anthro specifically,but I am in the same department. A lot of people have gotten into the program already, but I still have not heard anything yet. I called the admissions office today and they said they post decisions in waves, just as soon as the department hands them down to them. So not hearing right now isn't the best sign, but there still is hope. Let me know when you hear!

Has anyone/everyone heard from Teachers College MA in International Education Development? I saw on the results page that a few people got accepted to the program today. Did anyone get rejected? I have not heard either way, so Im not sure what that means. Has anyone else not heard? Thanks and good luck!

Did you get an official rejection or are you just assuming you got rejected because people got admitted today on grad cafe? If you didn't get accepted today,but didn't get rejected, there might still be hope. Did you check the website? What did it say exactly? I haven't gotten an acceptance or a rejection yet...dont know what that means...

Thank you to the post above! I feel much better now knowing about the "batches" thing. I just wish they would hurry up and get to my batch! The wait is killing me! Has anyone else heard from International Education Development? Dylah

I am confused..because they keep saying March 15th, but people obviously are already hearing based off of gradcafe. So what does that mean if we have not heard? Do you think different departments just come out with decisions on different dates?

I think is does depend on the subfield for when you hear back. I applied for a MA in International Education Development, and have not yet heard back, although I know many people in other departments have heard back. It should be soon though! Maybe tomorrow? Hang in there!
