I have been accepted to UIUC ( non-thesis MS), VTech, GaTech and UCLA (1 year MS). I have not been offered funding at any of the universities. Which university would you advise me to join, based on job prospects and ROI? I do not intend to go into academia. International Student, so will be coming on a F-1 visa.

I've been accepted into the Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech and UCLA (1 year MS) programs for MS in Environmental Engineering. I have no funding at any of the universities. Really confused over which university to choose. Could please someone help me out?
