I received a (scheduled) phone call from UDel POI on Sunday (3/3) to discuss my language qualifications. Sounded like decisions were still being made.

Yes, I just wanted to let people know in case others were waiting to hear from Temple.

I heard from Temple Art History PhD on 2/1 that I was accepted, but with no funding. I also applied to Delaware, UPenn, and Bryn Mawr PhDs and haven't heard anything from those schools yet.
