You need a doctorate degree to be a Psychologist in the US, so I'm not sure what you would do with a masters.

Complete silence, so I do not think good news is coming my way, however, I just want to know! I want to get it over with bc the waiting is painful.

Does Vanderbilt not look favorably on those reapplying? If I get rejected, I was planning to try again next year :/

I'm sorry! last Friday I called SpEd, and they said that this week those of us hanging on would find out if we were rejected, accepted, or waitlisted. It's crappy that they're waiting till the end to tell all of the rejections when they've probably known for a while. I've lost hope though.

Did Peabody general admissions tell you that or your program?

Docdecisionsohio, no my program doesn't have interviews, however, there were a few acceptances seen earlier in the season. Communityhopeful, what program are you applying for? The wait is painful. It'll be over very soon one way or another.

Visitation weekend is next weekend, and I still haven't heard. Do you think that means waitlisted, or do they tend to send out all rejections at the end of the season?

What are your thoughts if others in masters in your program/track have heard and you haven't?

Can those who got accepted tell me when they submitted their applications? Someone said they look at them in the order they received, so I'm wondering if there is any validity to that.

Does anyone know if typically Vanderbilt saves rejections till after all acceptances have been sent out? So, do they report all rejections at the end? I'm feeling discouraged that I've seen a few acceptances to my program, but I haven't heard anything. Does this usually mean bad news is around the corner?
