my undergrad cgpa 3.3/4 (NAVAL ARCHITECTURE AND MARINE ENGINEERING) and i am from asia .No publication , no job experience, have some extra curricular activities though..Did not take GRE yet , but looking for it. Is there any chance to drag myself to dept of AEROSPACE AND OCEAN ENGINEERING in VIRGINIA TECH ? ANY CHANCE ? ANY ?
