Have you guys heard anything about UPenn's SAS program? I'm thinking about doing a Masters there but I'm curious about the reputation of the program and the number of PHD students that come out of their masters program...

just curious...is there a reason that rejections go out later?

yea...i'm looking for some info on these schools! anyone know of places to find rankings/ratings/reviews on MPA/MPP programs? so much harder to find compared to mba & law programs...
