JHU had no waves to my knowledge. I got accepted in the middle of December but I think there was an acceptance relatively recently. So they are probably just going through 1 by 1

So, where does everyone think they are headed? Or have you developed a short list and are waiting to visit? I'm visiting JHU, Penn, and UNC and possibly Penn St. No idea which one I'll end at.

UNC has 2. Mar 3-4 and 18-19

I got into Hopkins as well! Congrats to you! Also, they got to me about 2 weeks after I applied before the application deadlines! Their adcomm is on the ball. Hope to see you on visitation weekend!

Hey thanks for your hope! I got the email for the invitation and the acceptance on the application page yesterday! Pretty pumped for visitation weekend.

Wow, I definitely feel you on this one. I want to ask some of my friends who applied to a few of the same programs if we will be going on visitation weekends together or not :(. Hearing them say no would probably be a real downer for them and me

Congrats! What sub-field are you if you don't mind me asking? And did they ask you for your fall transcripts?

I have no idea! I bet it is possibly because I am on the fence to the admission committee and they want to help decide which way to go? I have no idea whether it is normal procedure! It just made me really want a decision even more.

Do you have to take a full schedule? Thankfully I only have to take one real class (2 credit lab)! The rest I filled with research and two fun classes of interests.

Penn asked for an update on transcripts from the Fall. So that hopefully means they are close to getting to/finishing reviewing all the apps!

Oh, thanks! Didn't even think to look at that. I see we have some differences in research interest :D.

Anyone apply to Princeton? That's my top choice and am waiting nervously for that rejection email.

Hello everyone! Putting my results down I suppose! On the 11th I got into Johns Hopkins via email, and on the 15th into Penn State! Congrats to everyone so far and here is to all of us getting into many more places
