Oh man, accepted to Cranbrook Sculpture. Aaaah not a clue how I'm supposed to afford it, especially begin an international student (I'm Canadian). Anyone else in a similar boat?

I interviewed with Alfred Sculpture two and a half weeks ago and havent heard anything, even though the faculty said results would be available as early as last week and definitely by this week :S

Hi there, I've been told that Cornell will begin contacting accepted applicants tomorrow.

Hey all, I have a question about waitlisting. I was waitlisted at Cornell with no interview, and I've also been waitlisted at a school where I did have an interview. Does that mean that if space were to open up at Cornell, that they would invite me to interview, or that they are accepting people without interviews ... ? Option B seems unlikely, but I'm not sure how that works. Any insight would be appreciated (: Thanks in advance!

Oh, thanks so much, I did specify sculpture there. Though I didn't seem to have checked the box indicating that I want to be considered for assistanships and fellowships. How, how could I have missed that? *sigh*

Actually, my application also says "MFA program 2016" - I don't think there were specific departments to choose from, otherwise I would have chosen Sculpture... I think... o_O

Hey there everyone wondering about Alfred. I received two emails from Alfred today - one was an interview invitation asking me to choose a time for a Skype interview with the faculty committee on either Feb 23 or 24. The subject line of this email was "Alfred University MFA Skype Interview" or something of the sort. The second email was the general one about the campus visit, which I think all applicants may have received. I applied to Sculpture/Dimensional Studies and am not sure if interview emails have been sent to other departments (or even if all Sculpture interviews have been sent). Good luck all, fingers crossed for everyone!

I attended Pafa for a few years of my BFA - if either of you have any questions about the school or Philadelphia, I'd be happy to answer them to the best of my ability (: keris - While I was there, my merit scholarship was per year (the same amount renewable for both years), but that was for undergrad, so I would double check with them just in case. And congratulations!!

Sorry, Alment - I would but as arte mentioned, it's not a Slideroom link. VCU also sends you new login info to sign into their system with. Hi arte! I didn't see specific file size requirements, and my files were about the size that you mentioned. Did you find a word limit for the personal statement.. ?
