Here is the response I received, so I guess we will wait. "Thank you for your enquiry. There is no delay in the notification timeline.Each applicant will be contacted by email in mid-late January with notification of the status of their application following the initial review process. Applicants who move past the initial review process will be notified of their status as a scholarship recipient, alternate or non-recipient in mid-late February. If you have any further questions, just let me know."

I went ahead and asked them about it through email. Hopefully that will yield some information? I will keep you all updated if I get a reply.
