Well, I got rejected yesterday morning. I didnt want to believe that NYU was sitting on its rejections - thats so mean! - but I guess it was true. Better luck to you, Ava!

SO... I just called and basically forced her to look at my individual file and tell me what is going on. In her words, "the admissions committee is in the final stages of reviewing your file" and they should forward the results to the admissions office soon. I should hear in the next few days, I guess. She also said that they switched from a computer-based system to a paper-based one, so everything has taken longer than expected. I dont know.

I STILL haven't heard anything! I called this morning and they said everything should be done by tomorrow. Is this a bad sign, or am I just at the bottom of the stack?

I applied on January 15 and havent heard anything at all - no acceptance, no rejection, nothing. Anyone else out there in the same boat? Does this mean I'm rejected/waitlisted or something? Sigh.

Hey, has anyone STILL not heard whether they are admitted or not? I submitted my application on January 15 and I havent heard a peep from them yet. Im starting to get nervous, since everyone else seems to have heard.
