Can anyone explain why it appears that Notre Dame interviews were confirmed different days? Usually schools do everything at once, as Irvine appears to have done yesterday.

People who get into top programs are either working full time jobs, currently in an MA program, or currently in peace/americoprs. I.E., working their ass off w/o time to participate in small-talk or off-topic conversation, but trust me they are looking at the results board. it's a very useful resource and if they know it exists they are checking once a day at least

I've applied to ND and my application status says: "To date there is no decision on your application. As soon as a decision is available we will update this page." Rejection numero uno perhaps!!!!

ND due date was Jan 4th. Highly doubt profs are back in the office and have organized themselves such to have a short list already narrowed down.

also, where is this results board people are referring to?

Shiiittt notre dame doing interviews??? Is that even confirmed? Seems early considering their due date was like a week ago.
