To the posters wondering about Ryerson, I had an in-person interview with my POI on Tuesday, and he said that the only reason he was doing interviews prior to February 1 (the interview day) was because he wouldn't be there. I'm fairly certain that all interview invites have gone out, and most of them will take place at the interview day.
