Oh no, I just realized tomorrow is Sunday, which is seriously the WORST day of the week (only because barely anything gets sent out). How the application season has changed my perspective on life: weekdays = GREAT, weekends = HORRIBLE.

I just asked them when would be a reasonable date to expect a decision. I was told to be patient. LADY, I'VE BEEN PATIENT FOR MONTHS. DON'T TELL ME TO BE PATIENT.

Yup, knowing that notifications have been sent out is the worst. If I were on the admissions committee, I would just send out everything at the same time. We can only wish... I lost my mind earlier and decided to make a fake email account to email the admissions director. I feel like l'm the craziest one here.

Guys, it's past midnight on the east coast, but I'm still logging on to my application portals to see if any of the statuses have changed. What has my Friday night come to?

I'm seriously having a panic attack. I just checked my application on ApplyWeb and saw that the "date completed" changed to today... I know it's probably false hope, but I'm hoping to hear something from the school SOON. AHHH. My palms are sweating. Even if I don't hear back at all today, at least I'll be receiving a package. I splurged on a nice coat, even though it's 91 degrees in LA, lol.

Kind of excited to see it after reading all the positive reviews from you guys! @The Interdisciplinarian I was very disappointed that Swift took home the award for Album of the Year. I'm an avid Swift fan (literally obsessed, actually, hahaha), but Kendrick Lamar definitely deserved the award more. Lady Gaga's performance was just okay to me. They hyped it up too much with the whole Intel thing, so I kind of expected more. All in all, the ceremony was pretty boring. Time for the Oscars!

Ahh, watching the Grammys tonight? I just looked at the list of winners for the non-televised awards. Definitely not a huge fan of most of them... "Bad Blood" winning best music video, lol. Totally guilty of watching a few reality shows. I watch Vanderpump Rules, which stars one of the real housewives. I'm quite addicted to the show, haha. Guilty pleasure!

Haha, that sounds interesting! Are you all kept up with, say, the Kardashians and the music world? I am obsessed with the music industry, even though I have no musical talent whatsoever, haha. @rosali Thank you for the suggestion! I hope I end up liking it as much as you guys do!

Ugh, it's so hard for me to get hooked, especially if the first few episodes are boring. But there are so many episodes already, so it may be a good time killer. I'll start it tomorrow, ha. Random, but I see you love pop culture, lol. SAME HERE.

@rosali Is Parks and Rec good? A friend actually recommended that to me. I don't know if you're familiar with Suits, but I really want to watch something like it. I live for drama, lol.

Oooh, I love lying on the floor! Sometimes I prefer doing that to lying in bed, lol. Funny thing. I keep finding myself listening to sad, dark songs. Depressed applicants, there are probably thousands of us.

It's sooooo hard. I ran out of shows to binge-watch, so I've resorted to watching the Home & Garden channel and Food Network, lol. I also listen to really lengthy songs so that after each play, I tell myself, "Oh, yay! Six minutes just passed!" Man, I'm going crazy.

Just two more weeks until March. We must stay strong... (Easier said than done!)

Today has been such a slow day...and of course, still haven't gotten any emails. At least the Grammys are tonight. I will probably be snacking in front of the TV for three hours, and hopefully I will eventually fall asleep early and wake up to important emails (I can dream, right?)

He's 42. I die a little on the inside every time we celebrate his birthday (yes, we're that crazy.) I applied to seven schools, and I thought that was a lot. Now I wish I applied to more, lol. Oops

Yup! He's so feisty and barks so much. He barks whenever the mailman comes, so I know when I have to go and see if I received anything from schools. It makes me nervous, lol. Ugh, I just realized that it's "officially" mid-February. Even though I sense a bunch of rejections, I just want it to be OFFICIAL so I don't hold on to whatever false hope I have!

I always try to tell people to be more positive when I'm so negative myself. I feel the same about my programs, ha! She's so adorable. I have such a soft spot for dogs. All of them make me so happy!
