i'm in the exact same situation. i applied to 4 schools. rejected 3 of 4. and now waiting for the last. did you hear from pittsburgh

got my first rejection email from the lowest ranked school (of the schools i applied). trying to be optimistic but i'm pretty sure it means i'll be applying again next year... have you heard from other schools yet? good luck.

i know. i've been driving myself crazy googling about being deferred. but you're right, nothing i can do but wait. it kind of sucks because it was the lowest ranked school, so that probably means i'll get rejected from the others too oh well. thanks for commenting =)

so i was deferred from early admission and it's going to be reviewed again during their normal deadline.... does that pretty much mean i'm not going to get in??? any suggestions on how i should proceed???

i just want to say i love this thread. i also had a horrific undergrad gpa .. mostly C's a couple of Ds and Fs. but miraculously got into masters program and am praying for another miracle, that i get into a phd program. i've never been religious till i decided to go back to school. i had a few people read my SOP so hopefully no mistakes ... but i recently realized i sent in an outdated cv

Hi. Did anyone apply to penn's epi program? does anyone know anything about it? i also applied to bu (still waiting), i got an email yesterday saying my application packet is complete and will be "forwarded to Committee for review". so i'm assuming it'll be another few weeks.
