Thank you for your response. But I am just wondering if it is allowed since I have heard of something like the 4.15 agreement, which indicates that such behavior may result in bad things. I am just wondering if it is possible to contact with the department since I only submitted my SIR online without signing anything, such as forms or contracts or agreements.
Thanks for your advice! I have received the admission letter about funding from the department of chemistry. But the way, may I ask you when we can apply for the campus housing?
Thanks a lot! I made a telephone call to Mr. Wolf and he told me that my unofficial letter about funding information from the department will be sent to me soon.
Are you also an applicant of the Chemistry PhD program at UC-Davis? May I ask you about the date of receiving the informal acceptance, the visitation information and the formal letter of acceptance? Thanks a lot!
Hi everyone! I am an applicant of the Chemistry PhD program at UC-Davis. On Feb. 4th, I was informed that I was admitted to the Chemistry PhD by the Graduate Office of UC-Davis. However, I did not receive an email from the department of chemistry of UC-Davis previously and many other applicants did receive a letter/email of admission offer from the department of chemistry as well. I have emailed the gradadmin of the department but they were extremely busy at the time. I am just afraid that something might go wrong. So I am very curious to see that if someone else in the forum have also encountered a similar situation. Thanks a lot!
