Just accepted into SLC's program. Oh My Gosh. I can't believe this is happening.

Did anyone get told their position on the wait list for SL or Cincinnati ?

I definitely don't blame people for waiting out for their first choice schools but there should be more transparency in the process. Like knowing your exact position and the likelihood of getting in.

Schools have been saying its "slow" Making me think there is a lock due to multiple acceptances / people being waitlisted at 1st choice schools and wanting to wait it out not sure that this match process is the most efficient.

I wonder if a good amount of people actually get in from the wait list.

Thankfully it was my last choice and at 100k for tuition I don't think I would have gone. I am wait listed for everything at this point

@weilongli1 some are automated, so some will be out at midnight! I think at SL they said because they have so many people they will not be calling.

Think some acceptances/rejects will be automated at midnight?

@weilongli1 I'm a numbers person and playing with them makes me feel better, haha. In reality I know there are so many factors that play into an acceptance i.e you could interview badly at one place and great at another. I wonder how many spots total there are for the genetic counseling program in its entirety.

Do you think the interview pool of people is pretty small (a lot of people interviewing at many programs)? SL interviewed 99 people...I figure there is a lot of overlap. So it'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

I applied there and for some reason my application refused to submit! Disappointed.

I'm so antsy its not even funny. Ugh.
