I had applied to Select+ PhD scholarship and got reply today as "You fulfilled the minimum criteria for the program and was also ranked high in the evaluation process carried out by the SELECT+ Selection Committee. As such your name is placed in the reserve list to be called upon to fill in an eventual vacancy in the main list of the program. We will get in touch with you as soon as such vacancy is occurred in order to find out your continued interest in the program."
Any one who applied in past or knows anything about this scholarship, can he/she comment about my chances now ? They have said that I rank high in reserve list.
