Having just gone through the process I thought I would add some names. Oh and also, I looked into getting mentorship from folks in the 'Med Schools' and that didn't work. I was told that my primary mentor would need to be in the psych department (for example at Yale and Northwestern) and that it would be "very unlikely" someone would want to admit me knowing that the person I really wanted to work with was in the medical school. Just for what its worth. Boston College has Paul Poteat (Counseling) Marquette- Heck (Clinical) SDSU- Blashill (Clinical/BMed) UKY- Hammer, Rostosky, Fedewa (Counseling/School) UKY- Farr (Developmental) UTKnoxville - Szymanski (Counseling), Miles (Counseling) UGA - Lavner (Clinical) UMontana- Cochran (Clinical) UMiami- Safren (Clinical/Health) Anyway- I'm sure there are more, including those listed above, but this is what I had on my list from the most recent application cycle.
