  1. @chistinexo87, I'm planning on going to the ESIA and SAIS open houses this week, but I'd love to get your input on what made ESIA a better program for you. To me, ESIA it sounds like a great program with lots of opportunities similar to SAIS, some of the only major differences being the name brand, alumni network, and number of econ courses required for graduation. I'm torn because ESIA is cheaper and will give me a better fellowship, but everyone I've spoken to says SAIS is just the better choice. I'm wondering how you made your decision to go to ESIA. Did you apply to other schools? What were your scholarship/fellowship offers? Anything else that affected your choice? Thanks!
  2. I think it's only for matriculating students, since it's due May 1st along with all of the FAFSA forms. I actually emailed ESIA back in December, inquiring about certain professors and classes, and they sent back a generic information email that gave me a pretty lame impression of them. But I was hoping they would be more responsive on other fronts, especially since funding is so crucial...I guess not.
  3. @coffeeandtravel Let's all hope for sometime tonight!!
  4. It would be great if we didn't have to wait over another weekend to hear about funding... Also, did anyone else apply for the Wolcott Fellowship this year? Any idea when we should expect the results?
  5. I made an account just to post this, but it looks like the GW Offices will be closed today because the metro is currently shut down until tomorrow morning. We probably won't be getting any updates on admissions/funding today! Take the day off from waiting, and try to relax.
