Many MSW programs require your GRE scores if your GPA is below a 3.0, so if you're a good test taker than this might outweigh that. At times too the SOP and additional writing requirements might allow for explanations of a low GPA. Best of Luck!

I got Advanced Standing acceptance from a different MSW program school who also offers a BSW. It would seem like that might have lots to do with it since most require references from BSW professors, so they might have a big advantage. Not the end all be all. Best of Luck!!

You're right I do not think any MSW Advance Standing will take you without a BSW. Although I did not apply to this school, a couple of my cohort mates did- they haven't heard back though http://socialwork.wnmu.edu/msw/. Their standards are not so competitive, and from the looks of it no campus visits are required. Another school I have seen that is fully online is http://www.campbellsville.edu/msw, Unfortunately I do not know of anyone who has actually attended either program.

Any idea why some schools ranking is not reported?

I applied to the University of Alabama at the end of December of 2015. I heard back early March that I was accepted into the Advance Standing MSW program since I have my BSW from an accredited college. The application process was tiresome. SOP along with an additional paper for the School of Social Work, but nothing impossible.
