Yea I went ahead and emailed the department about whether they conduct interviews, and this was the response I got: We are still right in the middle of the review process. Telephone interviews sometimes happen but are not mandatory for admissions. Please let me know if you have more questions, thanks! I got this response yesterday, so I dunno how that effects March 24. But it was good to hear that so far, no news is still good news! Good luck to you!

Yea I applied to RISD Digital Media, no word so far. Have you heard anything yet? Do you know if they conduct interviews?

Apparently Alfred has contacted everyone that got in, I got board and emailed the advisor.

Hey, I really enjoyed my time at FSU. The art department is small so you get to know the other students and faculty pretty quickly. Though, the school and department are suffering pretty horribly from budget cuts, but it seems to be surviving. And yea there is interesting work and interesting faculty. I was part of the design area, so I knew more of the new media faculty, so I can't offer much advice about painting etc.

I was accepted to the University of Buffalo's Media Studies program, which I believe works with the Visual Studies program. I'm interested in their Emerging Studies Focus which is a collaboration between the two programs.
