Hi all, I plan to apply to a Ph.D. in clinical psychology after earning my master degree, so I m struggling with making a decision from two offers recently. one is Emory's mph (Behavior Science and Health Education track), another is Teacher's College's master in clinical and counseling psychology. The former one has a high academic reputation and ranks top 10, the curriculum does overlap with clinical psychology somehow, but mental illness is not its main focus. The latter one does fit my career goal better, and it confers a diploma from Columbia university, but it ranks almost 70...(I know that rankings cannot be the only standards to 'judge' a program, but it is the most direct and available information for me to access..) Does anyone can tell me about their thoughts on my situation? Thank you so much for helping me!
