I have received admits from Northwestern under EECS department and UPenn for the EMBS program for Masters I am in doubt about the colleges because of the choice of courses I can take. In Northwestern I'm guessing I can pick up any course under EECS without any restriction is this true? Can anybody shed light on the TA and RA opportunities for a masters student in both these colleges? Also chances for funding and how do I go about it.
