I don't have much else to add, other than...hang in there!!!!! I didn't apply to programs in your field but suffice it to say, the last couple years have been a bumpy ride from getting into my dream school, to having to LEAVE it for various reasons, re-applying, not getting in anywhere, and re-re-applying in this round and finally getting in somewhere. Just hang in there; my friends and professors always said there's a silver lining in all of this and I know it may not mean much right now but just...hang in there. You are looking up and ready to reconfigure things even though it means life is going to pan out a wee bit differently for you for the time being!
